What information do I need to give the account manager?
Inform the account manager of your project's scope, estimated duration, budget requirements and any technical skills the project may require. This will help us select the skilled associate to meet your needs. Also, please advise The Creative Group of any requirements that are unique to your organization, including administrative policies regarding dress codes, office hours, lunch and overtime.

How do I prepare for the associate's first day?
Set aside some time to meet with the associate to discuss your project strategy and objectives. Inform your reception personnel of the associate's name and the location in which he/she will be working. Be sure to introduce the associate to key members of your staff.

What if I am not satisfied with the associate?
If you are not completely satisfied, simply notify your account manager within the first 16 hours of the project. You will not be charged for those hours, and we'll promptly send you a replacement. Our service is guaranteed.*
