Group Health, Life and Disability Insurance **

The Creative Group offers access to a low-cost health and life package that provides you a wide range of benefit options, including: medical; prescription drugs; dental; vision; term life with accidental death benefit; and short-term disability*. Coverage is available to both you and your eligible dependents. The cost is conveniently deducted from your weekly paychecks on an after-tax basis.

National Insurance Referral Service **

As part of your benefits when working with The Creative Group, you enjoy free access to a national insurance service referral program offering coverage for: health, dental, vision, life, homeowners or renters, home warranty, pet or trip insurance; medical savings accounts (MSAs); prescription savings plans; roadside assistance plans and more.**

CARE Health Benefits Program **

The Creative Group understands that health care can be an important expense for many individuals and families. We are pleased to offer you this health benefits program. The CARE program is designed to provide you with discounts on a wide range of services including dental, vision, hearing and chiropractic. You can also receive discounts on vitamins and prescription drugs. As part of the CARE program, you have access to a Medical Information Telephone Service staffed by registered nurses 24 hours a day. CARE requires no claim forms or pre-existing condition limitations, and CARE has a network of more than 85,000 providers across the country. Available only in the United States (except in the state of Washington).

Holiday Pay

The Creative Group provides Holiday Pay to all associates meeting minimum work requirements. Qualified associates will receive Holiday Pay of eight hours for the following six holidays:

New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

Tuition Reimbursement

The Creative Group believes in providing educational and training opportunities for our associates. Accordingly, we're pleased to offer a limited Tuition Reimbursement Program to our associates. There is a limit of $100 (non-taxable) per class or program but no limit to the number of times qualified associates may seek this benefit.

Referral Bonus

Qualified associates can receive a Referral Bonus by doing one of the following:

• Referring a colleague to your local office. Tell your colleague to mention your name as a referral during registration with The Creative Group.
• Calling your local account manager and giving your referral's name and phone number to us; we'll take it from there.

If the person referred works the specified minimum hours with The Creative Group, you will receive the Referral Bonus!

Bonus Pay **

The Creative Group provides Bonus Pay to those associates who show a long-term commitment to us. You will qualify for Bonus Pay of 40 hours, paid at your current base hourly pay rate, each time you meet the eligibility requirements.
